EVALUATIONS: 12V SOCKET INSTALL From the top down, the tools used for the project mainly consisted of a hot knife (white box at top) that was used to cut the webbing. It made the whole process much cleaner. Ours sources tell us in the future, the webbing will be made to where you can cut it just as cleanly as scissors. But who wants a reason NOT to buy new tools? The scissors were for cutting the lengths of shrink tubing though any sharp object will do. Pliers for cutting wire and the wire stripper is priceless for keeping yourself out of the emergency room. The torch for sautering is a handy little tool. Pinpoint accuracy, easy to handle, small, refillable butane tank, and in a pinch, the 2500 degree flame will light damp wood on a wet camping trip.
